Instructions
Please check that if you do as the instruction manual:
1) Click the button "on" to open the hip trainer.
2) Click the button "program" to select the mode that suits you.
3) Click the button "on" again and then wait for a while, the hip trainer will vibrate then. Before doing that, please make sure that the gel is all attached to your skin and please use 3A battery. (We are not allowed to put the battery in a parcel)
