Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Please note that sometimes the delivery take more time for a national check, waiting approval, or in case of pandemics like Covid 19.

Please note that due to Covid-19 Pandemic shipping companies may take longer than expected, may be up to 4 weeks, we are doing our best to reach you as quick as we can, and if you can wait for this unusual time you can place your order then We are also delighted to offer you :

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Birmon LLC ​is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Birmon LLC ​is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase on Wish and our family of apps.
Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase, but we understand things may not always go as planned. If there are any issues with your item or delivery of your item, contact us for assistance. This policy does not limit your statutory rights to withdraw or rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
If an item arrives and it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect (even if it has an exception), it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.
The Standard Returns Process
  • Please submit a request for a return or a refund within 30 days of delivery. If the item hasn’t arrived, please request a refund within 30 days of the maximum delivery date. We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 30 days of the date of delivery or the maximum delivery date.
  • Return and refund requests should be placed via Email (support@birmon.com) - locate the order in your order history and click Customer Support.
  • Return of Funds - After Wish approves a return or cancellation or withdrawal and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, Wish will return the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees. If you opt for Wish Cash, the refund will not be issued to your original payment method . Any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded and (as described above) in some cases the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
  • if the item has wrongly ordered for example the variant or the size then the refund not applicable but depend on the item we can give you options of discount cards or send you another item with the right size or variant.
