This policy does not limit your statutory rights to withdraw or rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.
In case of Damaged items or lost items are eligible for a refund within:
30 days of delivery—the refund will begin on the day of delivery, even if the item was late.
30 days of the maximum delivery date if the item hasn’t arrived.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect item received
If an item arrives and it’s defective, damaged, or incorrect it is eligible for a refund and may need to be returned.
The Standard Returns Process:
Please submit a request for a return or a refund within 30 days of delivery.
If the item hasn’t arrived, please request a refund within 30 days of the maximum delivery date.
We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 30 days of the date of delivery or the maximum delivery date.
Return and refund requests should be placed via Email (support@birmon.com) - locate the order in your order history and click Customer Support.
Return of Funds - After Birmon approves a return or cancellation or withdrawal and (in certain cases) confirms the return of the item, Birmon will return the amount of the purchase and the standard shipping fees.
Any fees for special or expedited shipping will not be refunded and (as described above) in some cases the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.
if the item has wrongly ordered for example the variant or the size then the refund not applicable but depend on the item we can give you options of discount cards or send you another item with the right size or variant.
